Amoria Kids garments available in stock are shipped from Sydney, Australia within 1-2 business days of order placing. Garments not available in stock will be hand crafted as per order and involve a 5 weeks lead time.
All orders are shipped to our customers by traceable courier services. A tracking number is provided when the order is sent.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of order delivery. All returned items must have original tags and packaging, must not be worn, used or damaged.
Any dresses or outfits, which may become damaged under normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty, hence no return is offered. We cannot accept return of items that have been worn, used or are damaged or soiled.
CUSTOMISED ORDERS (MADE-TO-ORDER DRESSES)
Customised orders are final, non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
You may exchange items within 14 days of your delivery date. We offer the exchange options listed below.

EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM
If you’d like to exchange your order for a different item(s), please email email@example.com indicating the details of the preferred exchange. You will then be required to return your original order within 14 days of the delivery date. Once you have returned your selected item(s), an exchange will be organised and the prefered item will be shipped to you when completed for you or available in stock.
